At first, I was reluctant to try to the 21 Day Purification Cleanse because I felt that it would be similar to every other cleanse out in the market. Because I was desperate to overcome the sluggish feeling I had all the time and the stubborn weight gain, I decided to go ahead and give the Purification a try. To my complete surprise, I felt and continue to feel fantastic on the Cleanse. I feel absolutely fantastic and for the first time, I do not feel lethargic. I now have newfound energy and am much more focused and levelheaded. This cleanse has completely changed my mindset of mindful eating and being conscious of foods that make me feel great and those that make me feel horrible.
