What is Massage Therapy? Massage Therapy is defined as the act of kneading and manipulating the superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the body’s function and promote relaxation and well-being.  Your body’s fascia consists of connective tissues that surround all your vital organs, muscles and bones and has the sole responsibility of holding everything together.
